Welcome to Prince of Peace Parish School of Religion (PSR). We invite you to join our parish family as we grow in our knowledge of the Catholic faith. PSR provides instruction and formation in the Catholic faith to students primarily attending public schools in grades K – 8th. Enrollment stands at approximately 250 students served by 40 volunteer catechists and aides who generously give of their time to assist parents in educating their children in our faith. PSR aims to educate and form the students in the Catholic faith by deepening and reinforcing their knowledge of their religion, their values and to prepare them for the reception of Sacraments. Classes meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:45 - 8:00 p.m. for K - 6th and 6:45 - 8:15 for 7th - 8th.
Wealth and privilege did nothing to prevent today's saint from following her calling to serve Christ in the poor. Nor did the protests of her relatives, concerned that such work was beneath her.
